Summary

TSYS is the leading, global third party payments processor. Our Loyalty & Prepaid business is at the heart of two exciting and consumer-oriented product segments, and we hold market leading positions in both.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experience Business Analyst to help implement our clients’ business needs. You will be responsible for mastering our products and guiding our clients to the ‘optimal’ solution that benefits both our clients and us. You’ll work with our clients throughout the implementation process to identify their unique business needs and guide our clients to our unique business solutions. You will play a critical support role throughout the implementation process in evangelizing our product solutions. You will also be responsible for analyzing business and/or technical requirements and configuring and testing our platform to satisfy business and/or technical requirements.

You will be the one we go to when we have questions as to how our solutions are addressing our clients’ needs and you will provide input to our product team on the feedback you receive from our clients throughout the implementation process. We will use these answers to help us shape our products so that we continue to provide our clients with world class solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional analysis. Working with our clients, identify requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
  • Analyze requirements, design and implement high-quality solutions satisfying our clients’ business needs
  • As part of the implementation team you will analyze our clients’ business needs and make recommendations to map these requirements to existing product solutions whenever possible (i.e data mapping, product features, business requirements, and interfaces).
  • Assist in testing the solutions implemented for our clients. Testing includes unit testing, system and integration testing, client acceptance testing and supporting solution deployment/stabilization.
  • Continuously strive to learn about industry trends and regulations associated with the Loyalty industry.
  • Learn language and terminology differences and establish rapport and confidence with our clients, vendors and internal TSYS departments.
  • Participate and contribute solutions in client meetings and assist in researching and documenting solutions for our clients.
  • Strive to become a subject matter expert through formal training, OJT, and self-directed studies.
  • Candidate must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to discuss business requirements and articulate complex technical concepts is an absolute necessity. In addition, candidates must be able to provide documentation of their project work that can be used by other members of the team.

Education/Experience

Four year college degree and 4 or more years professional experience or 6 or more years professional experience.
