Job Description

As a Business Systems Analyst with Primitive Logic, you will have the opportunity to work on a Security project for a well-known financial client. You will be responsible for conducting workshops and interview sessions with stakeholders, mapping uses and business processes, gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, assessing technical constraints and considerations, and creating functional design. You will work closely with our clients and must demonstrate functional andtechnical knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. Your ability to communicate with stakeholders and effectively present solutions will be crucial to ensuring the success of our client engagements. In-depth knowledge of the tools, processes, and methodologies for all phases of the SDLC is required, as is the ability to work independently while representing Primitive Logic at a client site.


4+ years of business analysis experience with a strong technical background in Security. Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Knowledge of current security threats, techniques, and landscape. Ability to understand and synthesize technical issues to technical and non-technical business representatives. Ability to lead user/stakeholder interviews and working sessions. Demonstrated experience identifying and documenting requirements from the business regarding new systems needs and existing system changes/ enhancements, and working with team to implement. Proven ability to identify, capture, and design business processes while analyzing problems and recommending solutions. Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support consulting skills. Excellent interpersonal, business communication, and writing skills. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and decision making skills. Big 4 or similar consulting company experience is preferred. Must have access to reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client site locally.
