We have a Austin client with an immediate need for C# .net programmer. This is a contract position with a Software company working out of their NW Austin office and some work from home is allowed.
Your responsibilities would include:
Maintaining and expanding on an existing product that is done with C# and some .Net.
You must have a min of 3 years developting with C# and the .Net tools.
A working knowledge with MS SQL
A developer interested in this position should have demonstrable experience
in the majority of the following skills.
Visual Basic
Microsoft C# .NET
Installshield installers
MSI installers
Excel add-ons
Office Suite
Financial products integrations or API's Ability to work from broad
specifications Ability to work directly with end-users.
Ability to debug client/server types of interactions.
Willing to track time on Journyx engagements in our system.
Willing and able to use Subversion source code control.
Timely, complete and accurate communication on assignment progress,
problems, issues.
Ability to work with off-site product/project management.
