Create campaigns, segmentation, and digital dialogue with customers through the Aprimo campaign management tool that support the strategy of each property vertical.
Be marketers with the ability to think innovatively and in a 1:1 manner that is executed through the Aprimo tool.
Partner with Email Services to build out effective design creative for campaigns, specifically as it pertains to digital customer dialogue initiatives.
Communicate with analysts from each vertical to receive insights that drive campaigns.
Act as a property resource for questions and issues relating to the enterprise Campaign Management system.
Advise marketers on Campaign Management functionality and marketing best practices for optimal campaign strategy.
Support property marketing initiatives and marketing groups.
Ensure marketer business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, application functionality, or other resources as required.
Gather business requirements for enhanced system functionality and effectively communicate the requirements to business partners.
Collaborate with operating departments to ensure that users implement Campaign Management and other loyalty programs to receive maximum benefit from available features.
Identify and communicate training needs of Campaign Management to management.
Develop and maintain a strong and productive relationship with corporate and property marketing teams, and information technology.

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
At least 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: casino marketing, slot marketing, database marketing, hospitality operations or gaming operations.
Knowledge of Campaign Management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
