Responsibilities

The Case Manager Associate is accountable/responsible for the day to day treatment, management, disposition, and

aftercare plan for his/her assigned patients with particular attention to taking responsibility for the prudent use of clinical

resources. The Case Manager Associate position requires flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills both with infernal

and external customers. Case Manager Associate positions also require some evening and/or weekend hours. All duties

and responsibilities are performed under the supervision of an independently licensed mental health professional

Qualifications

Education; • Nursing: MS/MSN Psychology: PhD. Social Work: MSWLicense; Appropriate professional credentials. Independent license not required

Conditions of Employment

Employment at McLean Hospital is contingent upon a successful CORI (Criminal Background Check), National Background Check and clearance from the Occupational Health Department.
