Customer Care Reps receive education/training to work with cutting edge products such as Cable, Internet and Digital Phone Products. We take pride in our Customer Service by educating customers regarding their existing and new services, informing them about other services and proposing solutions to customer problems. The Customer Care Reps will describe the advantages of and sells additional Suddenlink services to customers.

Our Customer Care Reps:
• Provide quality customer service surrounding the Suddenlink values
• Greet and serve customers with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Educate and determine customer’s needs and preferences in the use of installed products and recommend service upgrades or additional products
• Provide assistance with billing, service questions, process payments and issue company equipment

Job Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; proficiency of Windows based computer operation; strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Excellent Customer Service and teamwork attitude is required. Ability to pass background and drug screen required.
