Overnight Tech Support Agent- Shared Services

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answer inbound calls from high speed data customers
• Resolve complex technical issues
• Document and communicate pertinent information
• Promote, sell, upgrade and retain customers
Position Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of internet applications or technical education in a related field
• Prior customer service experience
• A desire to increase their pay by effective sales
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
