The objective of the CDS Tech I is to process load outs and complete documentation on jobs.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities include assisting the field supervisor, completing assigned jobs in a safe and timely
manner, performing load-outs, and completing documentation. In addition, technician must maintain established safety procedures, be able to understand and follow directions, able to stand for long periods of time, have good customer service skills and a good driving record. The CDS Tech I shall report to the CDS/Casing/Tubing Supervisor.
The CDS Tech I has passed the TESCO Basic CDS hydraulic and electrical course.
Previous oilfield experience preferred. Employee will require close supervision for the first few months on the job and until they seem confident to fulfill duties on their own. The ability to multitask.
Competencies Required for Effective Performance:
- Requires the ability to stand up to ½ the time. Requires the ability to walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel over 2/3 of the time. Requires the ability to talk or hear more than 2/3 of the time
