The Product Solutions Regulatory Change Manager
is responsible for regional Custody and Fund Services (CFS) Product Solutions to address Regulatory Change.
Ensure all CFS Product aligned teams perform a full impact analysis of any regulatory change and where required opt in for solution definition
Run a Clearing-house for all Regulatory Changes at a CFS level. Perform triage on all new changes or in-flight amendments, performing continuous impact analysis across CFS
Key Influencer on client "bundles" where a regulatory change involves a solution that changes a Product offering
Keep all Client-Facing teams appraised of the CFS Regulatory Change Profile with both impact and solution focused updates
Input to External Client Communications and Marketing on the CFS Regulatory Change Profile (subject to Legal approval)
Complete RFIs / RFPs for Regulatory Changes.
Work with US Client-Facing teams to identify new business opportunities and provide support, including technical client presentations on regulatory changes
Identify and exploit cross-product solution opportunities.
Provide effective handover of new Regulatory Change Solutions to Platform for execution.
Market and present product at relevant industry conferences and seminars within Americas region.
Benchmark Regulatory Change Governance against competitors to maintain best in class offering.
Co-ordinate and represent regional product initiatives and assist in the preparation of associated business cases driven by Regulatory Change
Provide regular executive and management reporting.
5-7 years relevant industry experience
Undergraduate degree required advanced degree is a plus
Practical knowledge of regulatory framework in the US
Strong analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Superior presentation and demonstration skills with experience presenting to large groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to liaise effectively with Legal, Compliance, and Product partners as required
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills
Execution orientation, drive for results and strong desire to beat the competition
