The University of Florida College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry is currently recruiting for a Psychiatrist to fill a faculty position to be located in the University of Florida Center for Psychiatry in Vero Beach, Florida. This is a full-time, non-tenure or tenure track, faculty position. This position will serve an active role in the clinical, educational, and scholarly life of the Department and the College of Medicine. Individual will provide inpatient and outpatient Community services to the Public Sector in Vero Beach and Treasure Coast areas serving the indigent and community psychiatry facilities. This position also has an important role in housestaff education, fellowship training, and medical student training. The successful applicant will have a track record of clinical excellence, clinical leadership, and new program development skills. Salary and rank will be commensurate with education and experience.

A post-offer health assessment is required.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants should be Board Certified or Board Eligible, M.D. in Psychiatry with experience in Community Psychiatry, a demonstrated record of clinical excellence and able to obtain a Florida Medical License is required.
