Major clinical programs at McLean Hospital address a broad range of psychiatric illnesses, including: depression, bipolar and psychotic disorders; mood and anxiety disorders; alcohol and drug abuse; dissociative disorders; Alzheimer's disease and other geriatric illnesses; and child and adolescent psychiatric disorders. Each program offers access to a full continuum of care, including acute inpatient care, acute residential care, partial hospitalization, continuing residential care options and outpatient services. McLean's multidisciplinary team responds to each patient's situation with a commitment to individualized treatment that may include individual psychotherapy, group therapy, psychopharmacology and rehabilitation services.
The Clinical Team Manager is accountable/responsible for the day to day treatment, management, disposition, and aftercare plan for his/her assigned patients with particular attention to responsibility for the prudent use of clinical resources. The Clinical Team Manager position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills both with internal and external customers, the ability to function independently and to provide clinical supervision to other staff. Clinical Team Manager positions may also require being on call to the program.
Education; Nursing: MS/MSNPsychology: PhDSocial Work: MSW/LICSWLicense: Appropriate Independent License Experience;CBT or DBT experience preferred. Experience with adolescents in a residential setting preferred
A minimum of two years post degree experience or equivalent in an inpatient, partial, or outpatient setting.
Experience in providing a range of clinical services including: assessment, treatment and discharge planning.
Experience in a managed care environment and the capacity to work collaboratively with managed care
Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary staff both within the Hospital and the community at
