The Patient Care Associate is a care partner who will participate with the interdisciplinary care team in the delivery of the patient’s plan of care under the immediate supervision of the RN. The PCA provides hands on patient care to adult and geriatric mental health and addiciton patients. The PCA will assist the RN and other team members with treatments, procedures, unit safety, and reporting pertinent information to the appropriate care team member.
