(1ST SHIFT/7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.) -- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires one-year experience in computer operations. Helpdesk support and basic PC repair experience helpful. Familiar with operating systems (i.e., Windows XP, 7, Windows Server) and Microsoft Applications (i.e., office suite). Experience with UNIX/Linux helpful. Positive attitude and willingness to learn a must. DESCRIPTION: Entry-level operator assisting with customer service functions. Provide helpdesk support and end user problem resolution. Troubleshoot workstation, printer, and other equipment related issues. Configure software, drivers, utilities, etc. for local workstations. Perform workstation installations/upgrades as required.
