Job Description:
This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to become a leader in a great company and growing corporation.

The Project Manager manages construction projects as the Owner's representative. He/She would provide world class customer service and management of building construction and renovation projects to include design, construction acquisition, construction, construction closeout and post construction issues. The Project Manager is responsible for timely completion and financial outcome of construction projects in a team environment that includes the Owner, design professionals (architects and engineers), project inspectors and other team members. Finally he/she would ensure Owner satisfaction and overall success of assigned projects.


Supervises and manages construction projects as the Owner's representative.

Provides effective construction management of assigned projects by coordinating all pre-construction and construction activity on these projects, including project design, development of construction documents, preparation of project estimates and budgets, receipt and evaluation of project proposals, site observation of construction, budget and schedule management, project close-out and post construction issues such as warranty or latent defect claims

Coordinate preparation of project scope, design and review of construction documents for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure Federal, State, and local laws and codes concerning health, safety, and the environment are strictly adhered to in the programming, design, and construction of construction projects.

Committed to continuously improving the quality and value of service provided to customers. Strives to exceed customer expectations by ensuring all communication to customers is responsive, respectful, and solutions-oriented.

Prepare construction and budget estimates, construction schedules and preliminary floor plans or sketches for renovation projects.

Provide assistance to and mentor less experienced project managers. Assist other internal and external project team members and customers as required to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Performs special projects as assigned


Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.

Five to eight years progressively progressively responsible experience managing construction work or in design and planning of facilities to include field observation and management of construction projects.

Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations

Knowledge of building construction and project management methods

Some knowledge of Life Safety Codes, current building codes and construction cost estimating.

Ability to interpret building construction plans and specifications

Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities

Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment

Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures

Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives

Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
