The Clinical Nurse Manager provides for the delivery of efficient and effective professional nursing care for a designated area(s) and ensures that nursing care provided is consistent with established nursing care standards and that care is provided in a safe, appropriate and cost-effective manner. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision, management, and development of staff; for planning, directing and monitoring of unit operations; and for the fiscal managment of the unit(s).
This position manages Sklled Nursing unit on the Davies campus. Opportunity to develop both staff and services in the newly developed cardiology service line.
Current California RN license, AHA CPR, and BSN required. MSN is preferred.
Minimum three years experience in acute care nursing required
Two years supervisory or management experience preferred
