Customer Care Representative IC/React

Percepta is currently looking for enthusiastic Customer Care Rep for IC/React. React assists the dealers track their parts and retail service business. Monthly web reports summarize performance over prior month on several key metrics including Retail Market Share and Quality Care Maintenance/Around the Wheel processes. React also assists the dealers and internal employees with React Program reports related to enrollment, transmission issues, and report generation including data integrity concerns.

Incentive Connections: React also provides a consolidated single point of contact for all Dealer incentive programs.

What You’ll Do

Ability to maneuver through various systems to provide the dealer / customer with prompt, courteous and accurate information including:

Provide on-line support for applications.

Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external customer inquiries.

Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team.

As applicable, answer email inquiries, web forms, etc. within required time frames in a professional manner with accurate and timely information.

Meet or exceed performance expectations including but not limited to: productivity, accessibility and quality assurance.

Adhere to, and support all Percepta and client business and quality initiatives and company policies and procedures.

Complete additional tasks and projects as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
What You Need to Have

High school diploma required. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.

Reviewing and analyzing reports.

Understanding of Marketing Incentives.

1 – 2 years of customer experience.

Ability to maneuver through various systems to provide the dealer accurate information.

Displays professionalism and positive attitude.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers and co-workers.

Time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to take on new assignments and multi-task
