The Customer Service and Call Center Representative will be taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and service as well as provide general information and assist customers with questions and issues.
Customer service job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
Research information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customer’s concerns and complaints
Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues
Complete call log and produce call reports
Provide follow up customer calls when necessary
1+ year Call Center/Customer Service experience
Banking/Financial Services experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
Strong data entry / typing skills and computer skills
