Entry level customer service/call center position, providing technical support for tax software. This company is known for exceptional customer service and is seeking employees who will continue to support and provide the best customer service in the industry.
-Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun, 6am to 10pm (40 hrs/week)
-Training Hours for the First Week: Mon-Fri, 4pm to 12:30am
-Seasonal position going through the end of April (Top Performers will have the opportunity to stay on year round)
-Location: Boulder, CO 80301
-Technical aptitude and quick learning skills required
-Experience providing customer service, i.e. call center, retail, tech support is a plus
-Type 30+ words a minute
-Experience toggling between screens and inputting data while assisting customers on the phone is a plus
-High School diploma or GED required
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Must have reliable transportation
