Adecco is looking to place call center Customer Service Reps for a Client in Lake Forest, CA . The Customer Service Reps will provide excellent customer solutions to customers calling in with questions about hardware products they purchased. These questions will address order issues, warranty information, how to install a sink, faucet etc. Computer skills are necessary as you will also be entering orders, tracking down parts etc. Candidates must be able to work between the HOURS OF 6:30am to 4:30PM Monday thru Friday and 2 Saturdays a month.
This position requires the knowledge of multiple products and ability to deepen or retain relationships through service and sales. Two week intense paid training is provided. Candidates must be flexible and able to quickly adjust to changes, and be able to remain calm and diffuse escalated issues. This is a temp to perm opportunity with room for advancement with a growing company.
The customer service job requirements include:
- Must HAVE previous Call Center or High-End Retail experience
- Must Have a H.S Diploma; Degree preferred
- Must have working knowledge of MS WORD, EXCEL and Types 35WPM or more
- Must be able to work between the HOURS OF 6:30am to 4:30PM Monday thru Friday and 2 Saturdays a month
