Cadillac Authentic Mexican Restaurant located on the Kemah Boardwalk in Kemah, TX (Houston market) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor/Front Manager to join their team!!

Floor/Front Manager Duties : The Restaurant Floor/Front Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in guest service at every level of operations through the effective management of staff. Qualified candidates should be well versed in labor/cost control, motivating subordinate staff through a lead by example, hands-on management style, and consistently meeting or exceeding specifiied performance goals.

In addition to owning and operating hotels, casinos and entertainment complexes, Landry's, Inc is one of the largest full-service restaurant operators in the United States with over 480 locations in 40 states and 15 countries. We operate restaurants primarily under the names of Rainforest Cafe, Saltgrass Steak House, Morton's - The Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick's, Landry's Seafood, The Chart House, Oceanaire, Bubba Gump, and Claim Jumper, plus our upscale signature group of restaurants which includes Vic & Anthony's. Job Requirements: The Floor/Front Manager candidate must have at least 2+ years experience in a full-service, medium to high volume restaurant environment. Must have hands-on experience with food inventories and good understanding of all that impacts food cost. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or exceeding budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
