Germain Honda of Ann Arbor has an exciting opportunity for an employee who enjoys making outbound calls with no hesitation of being on the phone all day! Main responsibility for this position will include calling clients with a goal of setting multiple consultations per hour. • 1+ years recent experience (within the last 2 years) working in a call center environment.
• 2+ years recent experience working in a customer service call center
• Clear communication over the phone and being able to hear a smile in your voice!
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal aspects
• Excellent customer relations able to maintain customer information confidentiality
• Outstanding typing skills while conversing with the customer
• Excellent knowledge in products specifications and descriptions
• Knowledge in computer applications such as Microsoft office
• Able to work under minimal supervision and a team player
