Customer Service

-Engage customers according to the benchmark service standards; foster ongoing relationships that improve customer commitment; respond to customer requests, seek resolution and escalate issues as needed; troubleshoot applicable technology as needed.

Customer Service -Engage customers according to the benchmark service standards; foster ongoing relationships that improve customer commitment; respond to customer requests, seek resolution and escalate issues as needed; troubleshoot applicable technology as needed.

Customer Requests -Monitor communication queues daily; process customer applications and requests; complete necessary documentation to support customer requests and route necessary documents to appropriate parties; mitigate customer and bank risk by using available resources and taking appropriate action; update bank systems as needed.

Sales - Demonstrate a commitment to the Emprise sales philosophy; continuously seek sales opportunities to develop additional business through promotion of products and services to achieve goals; participate in Call Center sales activities; collaborate with other retail departments to fulfill identified financial opportunities; ensure reporting and communication is frequent and cross-functional.

Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Bank experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software.
