Gr 6 - Call Center Clerk - PCG - Central Business Office
Hours: Mon - Fri Days
- Answers incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate Associates. Assists in general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, directing calls to appropriate staff, and scheduling appointments. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in The Methodist Mission, Vision and Values.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Six months of relevant clerical experience or training.
- Must be able to handle an extremely heavy phone call volume.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Ability to perform light data entry.
