OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Call Scorer – French Speaking is a 1099 Contract position that can be worked from home on a flexible schedule with predetermined deadlines. This person is responsible for listening to customer service call recordings for our French Canadian client(s). The position requires scoring calls based on specific criteria and ensuring that calls are uploaded for use by clients and other members of our team. Please note that this is not a sales position and the contractor would not be expected to conduct telephone sales either inbound or outbound as part of their responsibilities. It is expected that this position may require approximately 20 hours per week, but that will depend on the contractor’s efficiency and a given week’s call volume.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
The Call Scorer – French Speaking contractor at ContactPoint is responsible for: •
Scoring calls for ContactPoint’s French Canadian clients •
Listening to and scoring calls according to pre-defined criteria •
Uploading scored calls to the customer database •
Coordinating with team members on calls needing scoring •
Developing working relationship with other team members including coaches and operational managers •
Demonstrating value, enthusiasm and motivation for the ContactPoint services with each scored call •
And other duties as assigned.
