Our Human Resources team is looking for an Asset Management Campus Recruiter in our New York location. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for all aspects of the on-campus recruiting process at targeted MBA/BA schools for full time and summer internship positions in the Asset Management Department and will:
  • Manage the full recruiting process for targeted schools
  • Create and manage budget for each school and initiative
  • Consult and involve team captains and recruiting team members throughout the season
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend campus presentations, career fairs, interview schedules and target events – includes booking of space, catering and AV and coordinating hotel, travel and attendee coordination
  • Liaise with candidates regarding campus interview logistics, in-office interview logistics, offer details and hiring process
  • Responsible for interview process – includes interview set-up, resume distribution, closed-list selection, interview sign-ups, and 2nd round scheduling and execution
  • Coordinate with bankers on an effective sell-process – includes scheduling banker meetings, coordinating phone calls
  • Plan and execute the Asset Management summer analyst internship program
  • Coordinate and facilitate placement process of interns into specific groups
  • Plan and attend all summer events and organize attendees for all events
  • Coordinate review and offer process with respective groups
  • Manage the summer program budget and work on diversity-related programs
  • Oversee diversity target events – manage candidate invites, book space, catering and AV, and coordinate attendees
  • Manage recruiting-related headcount, financial controls and statistics reporting
  • Manage the campus headcount process
  • Create a summary for each recruiting season – includes yields, cost analysis, Diversity reporting, cross-offer analysis and other analyses
  • Create a Recruiting Guide for upcoming season – includes team listing, event listing and calendar
  • Maintain database of all recruiting participants and all candidates

You Offer...
  • As the ideal candidate you should have at least 2 years of experience, either in recruiting for a financial services company or in a division of an investment bank with a demonstrated understanding of the recruiting process
  • Comfortable in the fast-paced nature of the business - requiring a candidate who has strong interpersonal skills and is a good judge of character
  • An ability to multi-task efficiently and can manage multiple constituents under significant time pressure
  • You possess strong MS Office skills with a remarkable attention to detail
This position is based in New York and requires a significant amount of travel during the recruitment season
