If so, this position may be a good fit for you!The Career and Alumni Services department is seeking a dedicated, dependable, driven individual to join the team with a positive attitude.Position Summary: The Career and Alumni Services Technology Intern position is a part–time, temporary employment opportunity.

This role will support Career & Alumni Services technical, communications, marketing, and vendor resources needs and assist in supporting the everyday, self–directed operations delivered to students and alumni, as well as resources for staff. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Resources Specialist and Compliance & Quality Assurance Lead to meet Career and Alumni Service's needs. Essential Job Duties: *Assist in the coordination of daily operations of various technical resources to ensure effective delivery of services to students and alumni in Career & Alumni Services. *Assist in the coordination of logistics of technologies required for webinars, online event registrations and calendars, virtual and live career fairs, etc.

  • Assist in the coordination of daily tracking of operations, delivery of services to students and alumni, student activity and staff activity in Career & Alumni Services. *Assist in the publication of events, services, and programs through use of email and web communication.Additional Job Duties (include but are not limited to): *Assist in the coordination of back end logistics for registering, promoting, and tracking networking events, job fairs, resume booklet compilations and other venues for the purposes of providing opportunities for employers, alumni, and students to connect. *Contribute to content for print and electronic publications related to career services and alumni affairs. *Assist in building and running reports.

Minimum Requirements: *Excellent technological skills with software including Microsoft Office and particularly Excel. Preferred experience with database management, web design, and video editing. *Student Services, Student Affairs, Post–Secondary Education, Educational Technology, Educational Assessment major or closely related field with true desire to work in the student affairs, educational technology, or educational assessment post–graduation. *Working knowledge of the Student Affairs area of interest including Career Services and/or Alumni Services.

  • Experience preferred in a closely related post–secondary setting (paid or unpaid). *Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. *Excellent organization skills and ability to multi–task and meet deadlines. *Demonstrated ability to work independently once given task parameters, with minimal direct supervision.Preferred Qualifications: *Experience with classroom, student, and people database systems.Education: *Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required03042013NH For additional information about our University, please visit
