Job Description
: The Cash Office Associate will be responsible for: *
  • Reconcile cash registers and related counts. *
  • Balance the vault and perform other cash functions on a daily basis. *
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and monthly reports. *
  • Perform monthly cash office self audit. *
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Key Accountabilities *
  • Must be a Customer Service oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail. *
  • Must have the ability to communicate with customers and employees in a courteous and professional manner. *
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices and principles. *
  • General knowledge of company products, retail practices and procedures is preferred. *
  • Skill in operating computerized cash register. *
  • Skill in operating various office equipment such as: calculator, adding machine, copy machine, facsimile machine, and telephone system. *
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality. *
  • Must have experience handling/counting large amounts of cash.
Job Requirements
: Must be able to work the following:

· At least 3 out of 4 weekends a month; any day, including holidays

· Opening and closing shifts

Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent
