Nestlé, the world's leading FMCG company, is looking for a highly motivated professional for the Category Specialist - Azerbaijan (location in Baku).
Regularly gather and analyze relevant input data about consumers and shoppers, sales channels / customers in Azerbaijan trade in all channels and all product categories/.
With these, enter channel planning process and prepare and reach strategies for channels.
Identify priorities for particular sales channels.
Be responsible for generating and thereafter efficient spending of Azerbaijan CCSD budget; monitor costs vs. approved channel budgets
Be responsible for maximal efficiency of all processes related to CCSD department in light of costs /trade promotions, purchase and production of POSM, use and value of promo materials stock.
Supervise regular evaluation of trade promotions according to approved limit.
Coordinate specific, “tailor made” and ad-hoc promotions according to targets in given category and brands /marketing, sales channels/.
Ensure Caucasus input into NPD projects /POS, trade loaders, tailor-made promotions, timetable/, coordinate and supervise NPDs in Azerbaijan market across different channels.
Manage unification of POS solution across Azerbaijan sales channels according to marketing and leaflet priorities and company strategies.
Monitor regular distribution of POSM & promo articles & samples to areas; supervise contract with warehousing & distribution supplier.
Monitor competitors /non-competitors trade activities and get inspired.
In cooperation with channel specialists coordinate communication with marketing departments of customers and control in-store communication.
Coordinate merchandising budget spending.
In close cooperation with CCSD Manager Caucasus supervise the projects that are realized by KA specialists.
Check and control spending of given accounts in terms of General Expenses budget.
Lead and develop Azerbaijan CCS
Participate ICP process, drive and plan meetings and prepare plan for Azerbaijan
Manage Consolidated GD Activity Calendar ensuring Alignment across functions - Activity Grid and Power Periods file owner
