Job Summary/Basic Function:
Serves as a subject matter expert on program curriculum for faculty and students. Supervises instructors in assigned programs. Implements student retention strategies to ensure program retention objectives are met. Maintains teaching load as assigned. Communicates with all program specific faculty and academic staff to ensure program objectives and outcomes are met.
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Admin. or similiar field. Teaching experience
Master's degree, current industry certification such as Registered medical assistant, certified coding specialist, licensed vocational nurse. Management experience in an academic or professional setting
