DRC is currently looking for an senior Change Management professional who will assist our client to:
Provide innovative change management and stakeholder outreach strategies and techniques
Manage a team of change management specialist... develop a center of excellence to mentor and coach the BAMSS II support team include a change managemen approach to the application lifecycle.
Advise our Federal customer senor executives on how to manage change across all stakeholder groups that are impacted b the deploment of an application lifecycle management solution
Develop interview guides and surveys, and collect stakeholder input through surveys, feedback sessions, and change load assessments to identify skill gaps, resource gaps, and emerging risks.
Facililate workshops and feedback sessions with division leaders and a sample of employees to capture potential sources of resistance, identify key sponsors, and communicate opportunities for coalition building.
Developing aggregate and individual Leadership Action Plans for key records management and litigation readiness transformation efforts.
Support a program-level action plan to reduce resistance to change, increase employee participation, and resolve risks and issues.
Assessing impact on stakeholder groups using qualitative and quantitative measures.
Aligning policies, procedures, performance measures, and organizational structures related to the program with change management strategies.
Providing strategic direction for the development of training strategies to prepare and equip the workforce for changes that result from the program.
Representing the Delivery Managemet Branch on various interdivisional outreach and awareness initiatives as directed.
Proactive , self starter
Knowledge of change management and outreach and awareness techniques used to implement change in large organizations, knowledge of records management, e-discovery, and litigation readiness preferred.
Ability to collaborate with a government/contractor team in a coordinated effort, including developing project plans and budget estimates.
Ability to communicate the mission and objectives of the program to a variety of stakeholders, includng executive management.
Expertise in the tools, processes, and guidelines for effectively implementing change in large organizations.
Skill in developing written material and making presentations on a variety of issues for senior management and other audiences.
A successful candidate will have experience in customer relationships at the executive level
The candidate will be required to work collaboratively with the government official responsible for change management activitives for the Federal customer's Delivery Management Branch.
This collaborative approach results in customer facing activities for a majority of a normal work day.
