The Channel Marketing Programs Manager is responsible developing and nurturing Kensington’s VAR channel, increasing the breadth of customers that Kensington engages with and growing VAR channel sales in the process. Management and growth of the Kensington VAR Partner Program is a key element of this job function, developing new programs and promotions as well as a content calendar for the PartnerSite. In addition, the Channel Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for all programmatic initiatives including vertical programs like Education; Online Training; VAR database management; MDF management platform; etc. As a secondary function, the Channel Marketing Programs Manager will also serve as the Channel Marketing Manager for the Office Commercial channel, supporting those customers through MDF management, catalog review, product advertising direction and promotional implementation.

Position Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent

Experienc e : at least 5 years work experience in a related field. Prior Channel Marketing Programs Mangement experience managing channel wide programs required. Prior experience managing VAR customer programs preferred.

Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems
Experience in the following areas preferred: Distribution and Reseller marketing or account management Demand creation campaigns Web marketing E-mail marketing Collateral development (with in-house marketing support) ROI and financial analysis
Other desired experience includes previous financial planning and budget management, development of second tier channel programs, development and management of partner portals
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
