Temporary - Per Diem Assignment: We seek a culinary professional with good organizational skills and 2+ years of food service experience to work on an as needed basis with a small staff in our private dining facility. Regular hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. We're looking for someone who is available for shift coverage when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Food prep, dishes, and service
• Cleaning of kitchen and service areas
• Operating cash register
• Other related duties
• 2+ years of food service experience
• Knowledge of safety and food prep regulations required
• Ability to cook a variety of recipes, baking skills, and knowledge of current dining trends are helpful.
