Puente Enterprises, Inc. and Chef Stephan Pyles are teaming up to open an exciting new concept at DFW International Airport and Love Field Airport in spring of 2013.

Sky Canyon Wine Bar at DFW Airport and Sky Canyon featuring Stephan Pyles at Love Field Airport have career opportunities for two exceptional Chef/Kitchen Managers to work alongside world renowned Chef Stephan Pyles. Each position will be responsible for overseeing one airport location and maintaining Chef Pyles’ highest commitment to quality food preparation and style.

We are seeking creative, self-driven Chef/kitchen managers who have the following experience and qualities:

  • 2-5 years minimum full service management experience in a high volume, fast paced, upscale establishment
  • Planning and directing food preparation
  • Supervising kitchen staff
  • Inventory & ordering
  • Management of labor & food costs
  • Experience with innovative cooking techniques such as sous-vide
  • Familiar with HCAAP planning
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Food Manager Serve Safe Certification
  • Ability to hire, lead and motivate a team
  • Hands-on management style
  • High energy and upbeat
  • Organization and acumen to operate at a busy airport
