Overview:
Macy's Direct to Consumer Fulfillment Center is seeking candidates for an Inventory Control and Accuracy Analyst

Key Accountabilities:
Inventory Control

·

Monitor inventory control operations for Direct to Consumer Mega Centers.

·

Develop and communicate physical inventory preparedness and execution.

·

Supports inventory reconciliation for Logistics.

·

Develop controls and process improvements to minimize inventory distortion.

·

Provides leadership and support to the facilities while ensuring compliance of standard practices.

Accuracy

·

Support quality-assurance across all Mega Centers to ensure the highest levels of quality standards are maintained; focusing on leading quality-improvement programs, quality training, and detailed reporting.

·

Partnership with the Control Offices, Advance Receiving Office (ARO), and CEB Offices in support of inventory accuracy and financial control.

·

Develop, maintain and monitor all accuracy, service and quality programs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, reduction to inventory distortion and monitor effectiveness of training and process improvement programs.

Other

·

Serve as a liaison to Distribution Centers, Corporate Inventory Control Office, Accounts Payable, MCCS and Divisional Security Systems.

·

Provide support on ICQA and Reverse Logistics PMTs

·

Responsible for Standard Practice Development and publication.

·

Perform any other function management deems essential.

Requir

ed

·

3-5 years inventory/shortage control experience.

·

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·

Strong analytical skills. Must be proficient in Excel and Word.

·

Strong attention to detail and problem resolution.

·

Proactive, responsive, highly inquisitive of processes and system dependencies.

·

Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

·

Ability to successfully supervise/execute multiple projects simultaneously.

·

Demonstrated ability to function effectively with minimal guidance and oversight.

·

Flexibility in work schedule and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

·

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

·

Anything management deems essential.

Preferred:
·

K

nowledge of Macys Systems including Mainframe, FedFIL, FedFLO, INV, WMS, CRC and CEB highly desirable.
