Position Responsibilities: Project 12-Ways is a comprehensive in-home behavioral service providing training to families with a history of child abuse and neglect. Supervise and evaluate field staff in delivery of services to clients. Design, implement and evaluate staff training programs. Design and evaluate new or modified clinical services for families. Maintain favorable relationships with contracting agency and other community agencies. Participate in the Projects effort to affect policy in child abuse and neglect at local, state, and national levels. Participate in ongoing applied behavior analysis research.

Requirements of Applicants: Applicants must have M.A./M.S. with some emphasis in behavior analysis and at least one of the following: (a) One year in behavior analysis as it pertains to child abuse and neglect, child development or family relations; (b) One year supervision experience and staff development in programming delivering behavioral services; or (c) a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or eligible for board certification and obtain such certification within 1 year of employment. Applicants preferred with demonstrable history of research in child welfare, particularly abuse/neglect.

Position is security-sensitive. Prior to an offer of employment, a pre-employment background investigation, which includes a criminal background check, will be required.

Appointment: Term position starting with appointment from .50-1.00 FTE. Reappointment contingent on job performance and available funding.
