Position Summary:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position:
  • Manage the strategic planning process and budget preparation
  • Coordinate and take accountability for strategic presentations to senior management
  • Responsible for financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage pipeline reporting
  • Partner with HR on recruiting, employee relations issues, employee engagement, annual review process, terminations, etc.
  • Oversight of licensing program
  • Provide leadership, direction and management of support staff
  • Management of office space requirements and issues in all Rockwood locations
  • Collaborate with Legal department on legal issues, preparation of retention agreement and other corporate and transactional legal documentation
  • Point of contact when CEO is out of the office and serves as general backup to CEO
  • Oversight of Rockwood IT staff and consultants and coordination with IT department
  • Oversight of office management staff

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree in business, finance or real estate is preferred
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred but not an absolute requirement
  • Ability to lead, direct and motivate employees while developing synergy across organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate complex issue resolution across multiple business groups
