To provide a safe, orderly and nurturing living experience for children in care. Ensure that goals/objectives of each client’s service plan are implemented as part of the daily activities. Documentation of each client’s response to care. Successful completion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Social Skills Model and other program related trainings
Associates Degree in Human Services or at least 1year of experience in youth oriented program. Ability to deal with crisis situations, implement a behavior modification program, maintain appropriate boundaries and work as a team member. Knowledge of cultural diversity and childhood development preferred. Must have a valid CT driver’s license.
· BA In Human Service Field preferred
· Bi-lingual a plus
