Clinician

MSPCC (Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) is one of the largest outpatient Medicaid mental health treatment providers in Massachusetts. Through our Family Counseling Centers, MSPCC offers a comprehensive array of mental health treatment to nearly 16,000 children and adults throughout Massachusetts each year. Both in the home and in community-based centers, MSPCC addresses the needs and concerns of families of diverse backgrounds with a culturally-diverse staff, bilingual services, cultural understanding and more.

The Clinician will:
• Provide high quality mental health assessment and treatment services to children, adults and families in office-based, home-based or outreach programs
• Ensure compliance and to maintain standards of care stipulated by MSPCC policies and procedures, Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations, DPH and other applicable regulations
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required and to regularly meet with his/her supervisor in accordance with MSPCC policies and to carry out supervisory directives to ensure quality and efficient practice
• Perform all professional and administrative functions as required to provide appropriate services to clients including adequate, complete, and timely documentation of client record materials, billing, reports, etc.

Requirements:
Clinician I:
Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field.
Clinician II:
Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field and a MA LMHC or social work license with 3 years of post-Masters experience
Clinician III:
Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field from an accredited college or university. Current, valid, unrestricted license to practice in the state of MA (LICSW or LMHC) with 4+ years of post-Masters experience
