Qualcomm's Circuit Design team is responsible for the digital and mixed-signal circuits and systems that are integrated into integrated circuits (ICs), SystemOnChip (SoCs) and complete chipsets that power a variety of products; tablets, smartphones, e-readers and other devices, and our design team is at the core of all of them. The team is currently seeking candidates across a broad range of areas listed below. There are multiple positions available, and range from entry-level to Principal/Director. The technical disciplines included in this team are:
  • Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Design (LDO, SMPS circuits, low-power ADC/DAC, Power, I/O)
  • Power Management
  • General I/O (input / output, low-power, CMOS, JTAG, LEF, CPF, UPF, synopsys)
  • DDR PHY / SerDes (high-speed, Analog/Mixed-Signal, Clock Distribution, circuits)
  • Datapath Physical Implementation (custom/semi-custom)
  • ESD Circuit Design (Digital/Analog Circuits, SLIMBus, I/O, Analog Artist, Layout)
  • One Time Programmable / Memory Circuit (RAM/ROM, SRAM, OTP, Memory, low-power, CMOS)
  • Memory Characterization & Compiler (Memory Circuit Simulation, Post Layout Extraction, SRAM, ROM, Low-Power Memory Circuit, ASIC Characterization, Schematic, Analog Artist, Hspice, Finesim, Spice Simulator)

Required: Bachelor's in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master's or Doctorate in Computer or Electrical Engineering
