Responsibilities include taking the first notice of loss (FNOL) from personal and commercial lines customers, delivering exceptional customer service levels to reporting parties and performing other claims duties as assigned for the Express Claims Team. **Position from May - August 2013**

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a full-time college student with a minimum one year of college or equivalent. Prior customer service experience in a fast paced environment is a plus. Excellent communication skills are required as the majority of time will be spent on the telephone. Must be PC literate and able to learn CICS and basic functionality within Workflow, a paperless document system. Familiarity with Windows applications desired. (Lotus Notes and Excel). Must have the ability to read, write and speak the English language. Bilingual would be helpful. Core work schedule would include Monday-Friday as assigned, with rotating weekends. Flexibility to work evening hours is required.
