Travel Required: Up to 15%

Work Schedule: M-F, day shift
Minimum requirements: Class B license; class A also is preferred. Knowledge of bulk plants and lubricants, and some management experience, strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
Support front desk and keep front desk position on-task when needed.
Answer phones when needed; educate customers on services and products offered or refer to appropriate department.
Daily cash register reconciliation and sales order processing.
Inventory receiving into system.
Daily A/R receipts from over the counter and sales orders.
Develop plant product prices.
Work with customers to resolve disputes and problems.
Regular attendance at assigned worksite(s).
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
Regular attendance at assigned worksite.
Perform other specific tasks as assigned by Manager.
Promote and support all company image standards
Cross-train and act as back up for other positions in the department.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Adheres to all city, state, federal, county, and agency regulations.
Stay familiar with the Company Handbook and Company Policies.
Communicate effectively with team members in other departments to resolve problems and provide information as needed.
Work in a safe manner at all times and report all accidents immediately to direct supervisor, keeping workplace safe by upholding safety standards and encouraging others to uphold safety standards, all according to the I&IPP Flyers Energy Safety Manual on site.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two (2) years of related experience. Other education or experience may be considered as substitute.
LANGUAGE and/or COMMUNICATION SKILLS : Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read and comprehend instructions as well as procedural manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and other team members. Ability to communicate with Company personnel using the intercom, voicemail and e-mail and use a personal computer.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in order to carry out routine tasks in relation to the essential duties of the position. Ability to use and create spreadsheets, conduct reconciliation.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Able to apply abstract reasoning to business issues and provide feedback and recommendations.
