Special Funds Conservation Committee is seeking to fill a full-time clerical/administrative assistant position in our Albany office.
The candidate must be professional, punctual, and self-sufficient with effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. The applicant should be able to multi-task, work independently and learn quickly.
The duties will include: scanning, attaching PDF documents, typing, data entry, quality control for payment vouchers, answering the phone, and providing various support roles to administrative personnel.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office is required.
