Implementations Coordinator, Communications Suite - Corporate Solutions NASDAQ is the world's largest electronic stock market. We are currently looking to fill an Implementation Coordinator position within the NASDAQOMX Global Corporate Solutions division, located in our San Francisco, Chicago, New York, and Boston offices. The Implementations Coordinator performs the key role of implementing new products and services within the Corporate Solutions division, focusing primarily on our Communications Suite - Newsroom, MediaManager, and MediaIntelligence -- serving as primary liaison between client and internal resources. Responsibilities: Actively own, manage, and take responsibility for new client implementations, consulting with clients on use of, and best practices for our communications products and other products within Nasdaq Corporate Solutions Collaborate with internal groups such as web developers, sales, client support team, client account managers, product development, and editors to ensure quality and timely services are delivered to clients. Educate and train clients and potential clients on Nasdaq Corporate Solutions' products and services. Ensure client satisfaction and communicate client feedback, high-level issues, and recommendations to the Implementations Team to effect change and enhance service and product offerings. Perform special assignments and tasks as directed by manager or regional director. Requirements and Education: Must acquire and maintain knowledge of Nasdaq Corporate Solutions' communications products and cross-vertical product knowledge; Must have good communication skills (both written and spoken), and should have demonstrated sound decision-making ability, proven project management and workload management skills; Must be confident and able to communicate effectively in writing and on the phone with all levels of Management, both internally and externally; Minimum 3+ years work experience, including experience in the media/communications industry; project management, client services, or similar role required; Bachelor's degree required; Ideal candidate has previous experience with web development.
