Client Care Data Specialist:
The Kendall Auto Group Client Care Center has a full-time opening as a Client Care Data Specialist, with an emphasis in Excel proficiency. Required schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Successful candidates must have: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, proper English language diction and vocabulary, proficient skill with computers, complete understanding of computer software including MS Word & Excel, knowledge of communication using email and telephone software, ability to conduct research using internet search engines, a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked environment and must enjoy working with others. Previous office experience is preferred, although not required.

Utilizing multiple computer applications, provide reports and other information to Management. Update client contact information and company databases.
Utilizing Excel to manage company data and produce reports involving complex formulas.
Contact clients and prospective clients via telephone and email, utilizing word scripts and templates.
Confirm scheduled appointments with clients.
Utilize multiple computer applications to complete daily activity work plans.
Maintain attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Assist dealership personnel with client contact and software issues as necessary.
Additional tasks as assigned.

Works Indoors.
May spend more %100 of work shift using PCs and video display screens, and telephone.
Standing/walking for short distances: Less than 1/4 of work shift, on both carpeted and hard surfaces.
Sitting: up to %100 of work shift.
Lifting/Carrying: occasionally, up to 10 pounds for up to 200 feet.
Hearing adequate to converse with clients by telephone.
Clear speaking voice for efficient telephone communication.
