This is a very high profile role at a top research agency for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level. Working on one of the agency’s most prestigious accounts in the consumer financial services sector, this role is to successfully manage, retain and develop this high value client.

The work focuses on international customer experience research and so the ideal candidate must have experience and a point of view in customer research as well as lots of prior international project experience. You will probably already be working at Associate Director level in an agency and will have a proven track record in working on large value accounts and ideally some retail banking client exposure. You must be technically sound with a strong knowledge of quantitative methodology and very strong client management skills. You will need a can-do attitude and the desire to delight your clients and over-achieve at every opportunity.

You will be comfortable taking full ownership of delivering results and fantastic value-add client insights, and you will demonstrate the ability to leverage experience and client success to develop recurring business opportunities.

The ideal applicant will also possess good, inclusive people management and leadership skills, as the role will include challenging and empowering less experienced staff to develop their research skills and their careers
