Global Fulfillment is seeking a highly motivated, independent, self starter with exceptional analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills to act as the primary Fulfillment interface to its Latin America client base. Organize all client implementations related to Trade/Treasury products to ensure a smooth and timely client on-boarding experience. Manage and execute the technical and business implementation of treasury services and other related services. Assure compliance with procedures, service level agreements and controls. Finalize contracts and milestones, gather necessary supporting documents and participate in end to end testing and training activities. Formulate strategic project initiatives and work closely with Regional Managers, Sales, Product, Credit, US/Latin America Operations and any additional global business partners necessary to promote quality solutions for clients. Provide implementation advisory services / support to Sales Officers during sales pitch and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. Carry out post-fulfillment reviews. Integrate Six Sigma methodology to monitor and improve the effectiveness of overall processes to achieve client excellence.
Experience in Treasury Services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*

Associate degree (2 years minimum)
