We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to manage relationships with our rapidly growing list of enterprise Clients. This integral role will serve as the primary business contact for our Clients post-integration and will work closely with our Clients to help them employ features, tests and campaigns designed to grow and efficiently operate their international business. The Senior Client Manager will consultatively advocate best international practices with our Clients, and collaborate with our Product and Professional Services teams on product roadmap features and implementations.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Cultivating relationships and increasing Client satisfaction
Owning all Client communication, new feature awareness and best practice evangelism
Advocating Client needs, feature requests and goals within the organization
Consulting with Clients on implementation best practices and conversion optimization
Presenting promotional and program opportunities to clients to increase revenue
Liaising with internal departments to ensure that any Client issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Owning Client contracts and contract renewals
Monitoring, reporting and analyzing Clients’ volumes, forecasts and order conversion
Collaborating with Clients on growth strategies and marketing opportunities
Maintaining a continuous knowledge base of new product features, product roadmap plans and best practices
Anticipating and pursuing opportunities for account growth and new business
Maintaining subject matter expertise on the Borderfree technology and all supporting services, and effectively communicating all offerings and product enhancements to Clients
Providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven Account Management experience, preferably in a software or technology environment
Experience working with C-level Client executives
Excellent business data analysis and modeling expertise
Excellent computer, presentation, communication and time management skills
Moderate understanding of computer programming and ecommerce principles and technologies
Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator with proven track record of driving change with clients
Possesses a high level of initiative
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
General understanding of retailer
