Istonish is growing and this means we are hiring an Client Services/Account Manager to support and grow a substantial new public sector client. This person will be responsible to: Lead a service focused outreach program to provide coordinated support of IT managed services. Communicate and coordinate application change activity that affect client operations. Coordinate with other vendor partners to ensure that service delivery activity is organized. Define and execute a coordinated, consistent communication program. Provide assistance as needed to resolve service delivery issues that may occur.
The goal of the role, and on behalf of Istonish, will involve the creation and maintenance of excellent working relationships with client contacts throughout the state of Colorado.
Additional responsibilities include selling additional Istonish services to the client. Specific functions involve:
Cross selling and upselling of services to the client
Support in creating quotes, proposals or statements of work that can enable the client to make buying decisions to acquire products or services
Position Requirements: Demonstrated success selling IT managed services and consulting. Past experience in technology sales Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience within a technical account environment Previous proven expertise in managed services, high availability solutions, telecom, consulting and hardware/software solution sales highly preferred Successful candidates must be comfortable with a sales quota and have a history of meeting and exceeding past sales targets.
The position requires 25-50% travel within Colorado but, outside of the Denver area.
