MediaMind, Inc. is headquartered in New York, with offices in Los Angeles, Austin, Atlanta, San Francisco, Chicago, London, Madrid, Paris, Hamburg, Sydney, and product development facilities in Israel.
What do we need?
MediaMind is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our LA team.
Provide multiple levels of support to Client Service Managers which includes but not limited to meeting agendas, meeting recaps and summaries, process timelines and reformatting media plans.
Manage a base of smaller clients providing various levels of service.
Introduce the MediaMind platform to new clients through training sessions designed to educate the user on MediaMind products, features and best practices.
Monitor the set-up and implementation of campaigns for clients who use the MediaMind platform and provide daily phone and email support on technical and non-technical issues.
Execute MediaMind processes properly to ensure successful campaign launches.
Conduct new and existing client refresher courses to continue the user education process.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve common campaign technical, process and client issues.
Maintain and expand the agency client relationship and notifying the sales team when there are additional business opportunities.
Maintain strong communication with agency clients and internal team members to keep everyone informed of campaign status, scope or timeline changes and manage client expectations.
BA/BS degree (minimum requirement)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure while maintaining good attitude
Detail oriented and the ability to work in a team atmosphere
Work well independently when necessary and define/manage objectives in a fast paced environment
Ability to build strong working relationships with others
Min 1 years related experience and/or training in online advertising desired
An understanding of interactive media and knowledge of emerging technologies
Basic understanding of video, ad serving, dynamic content solutions, rich media/Flash banner functions
