Conifer is currently has an opening for a Client Service Representative for the Anaheim business office. The responsibilities of the rep. include:

Functions as part of Customer Service team whose main responsibilities is to assist clients with detailed account level issues including billing, interpreting multiple patient systems and providing resolution of such issues.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, auditing of account work effort and analyzing appropriate resolution, accurately updating accounts, reconciling patient billing systems, bringing issues to management's attention appropriately, special projects and communication with Conifer management in a clear, professional, and effective manner. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks. Demonstrate ability to quickly adapt to change and perform new tasks with limited training.



High school diploma and/or equivalent

2-3 years back office healthcare and customer service experience required.

Excels in Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications skills.

Excellent listening, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations

PC/Systems literate including the Internet and MS Office products.

Demonstrated ability to perform new tasks with limited training

Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage multiple tasks
